Marty was super helpful today. My partner and I need to save our lawn (we just bought a house) and Marty gave us so much advice for what we need and when to use which product and how much quantity we need. Can't wait to get to work and show him the progress when things start to look better (:

My dogs eye was swollen shut I got a eye wash $15 and eye gel $20 24 hours later he is better. I am so glad the staff was so helpful and I got to see all the adorable baby chicks while we were there

Staff on the phone today was not helpful. Simply asked for the chick shipment list (was not posted on instagram) to see what breeds would be expected to come this week- the female employee who I was talking to gave me attitude and didn’t seem to want to help me. I even asked what breeds were currently available and she basically just told me to come in and look. I wanted to save myself a trip and that’s why I called in the first place

Met at door with a huge smile and welcome. When I couldn't find the product an employee quickly showed where they now stock it. She walked with me back to front of store and straight to a checkout station and quickly got me on my way. While prices have doubled for the product I still like to support local businesses rather than online warehouses that take 3-5 days to get same product.

When you own a lawn mowing company, your customers expect your products to work, and you better have the knowledge to explain what you're applying and why. That's why I go to IFA for all my lawn products. Their staff is knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. Geoff is my go-to guy. Whether it's seed, fertilizer, or weed control, he has the answer and the product to keep my customers happy! Every year IFA throws a customer appreciation lunch with hot dogs/burgers and all the fixings. They have farm animals and reptiles. My kids and I love it! We go every year.
